- Provide your order number, a photo is appreciated if a defect has occurred, purchase amount and reason for the return.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.

- Shipping costs associated with the return will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- Our decision regarding the eligibility of returns is final.
- Amberian will provide a returns address with instructions & a label. Please do not return any items to our head office as we don't have facilities for storage within our Bolton Location.
